Breakfast was a bad experience not only was it overpriced there was no cutlery, there were no eggs, orange juice or even bread at 9:45 am. The staff were rude when asked about it. €28 for some prepaid coffee and pan au chocolate.
However great location, rooms were okay and check in was easy and the greeting was nice.
I recently stayed at Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch and it was an absolute delight. The customer service was exceptional - the staff were always friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. For a hotel in its price range, Hôtel Campanile Montpellier Centre St Roch is one of the best around!
Wonderful modern hotel with clean rooms. Very quiet and great location. Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, limited options and not particularly healthy. Staff could also be friendlier, on arrival. Staff on departure where very helpful and kind.
Stayed here for two nights , for its price it’s really worth the money , room very tidy and closed to everywhere

Clean room and super friendly staff
All good, nice & quiet, well located … but I wonder how long until this door in the breakfast room gets damaged, it wakes you up better than coffee when you sit next to it (like a hammer to the head 😉 from the morning ) …
